Winx Club Season 8 Sirenix Arc: Positive Reactions to Aisha and Nex

Here are some positive comments I’ve seen about the Aisha/Nex scenes in the season eight Sirenix arc. I’ll share more in the future.

I managed to find a confession and a user post. Yes, the episode numbers are wrong in the confession, but who cares?

Someone (possibly two people) on Tumblr said something positive about Aisha and Nex. That’s a miracle.

Winx Luci e Ombre

A couple fans had kind words about Aisha and Nex, specifically in “The Light of Gorgol” (Winx season 8, episode 9). It seems like the fandom liked that episode more than “Into the Depths of Andros” (Winx season 8, episode 8). Maybe that’s why there are still no anti-Aisha/Nex comments on the Gorgol clip on YouTube. ?

This is the straight Google translation of Lovegood’s comment about Aisha and Nex. You know how iffy online translators are, so I’m sorry if this doesn’t make perfect sense.

I really liked Aisha and Nex. She certainly more mature than the previous episode and also the speech that holds at the end was very nice. I’m glad he had two dedicated episodes, I would have liked only that the previous one had been up to par. One thing though, it also seemed strange to me that they didn’t kiss … apparently for this season only languid glances between fairies and Specialists.

Both of these fans said Aisha and Nex should have kissed! Darn right! ?

  • I saw a positive comment on VK (again, that’s a shock), but I don’t know where it was. I just remember the person said they’re “starting to like this pairing”. Yes! ?
  • Koohihime has also seen some positive posts on Instagram.

It’s not much, but it’s something. So far, only two countries (Italy and Russia) have aired Winx season eight. Maybe we’ll see more positive reactions as more fans get a chance to watch it.
